Our shop hours are Mon - Fri, 9 am - 4 pm PST.

ORDERING

Our online store uses Google Merchant to allow you a safe and secure way to order your Aveo products online. If you are uncomfortable purchasing over the internet that's no problem at all. Just give us a call at 1-253-566-5516 and we can take your order over the phone just as easily.

SHIPPING / HANDLING / INSURANCE

Shipping

Kestrel-Air will ship orders up to 20lbs via USPS for $12.95. Orders over 20lbs will be shipped via UPS. If you have your own shipping account with UPS or FedEx, we will ship via your preference.

Handling

There will never be handling charges on any order we ship. Preparing your order for shipment is a privilege and we appreciate your business.

Insurance

Kestrel-Air recommends insurance for your new investment, however, insurance is at the discretion of the customer.

RETURNS

We want to make absolutely sure that you are ordering the Aveo LED light, switch, or part that you are looking for. To ensure this, we encourage questions and will do our best to help you with your purchase.

In the event that you have ordered the wrong product, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund. The product must be returned in the original packaging and must not have been installed, scratched, or handled in a way that it either looks or functions other than new.

Beyond 14 days, all sales are final.
